Written quotes issued by Macisco are valid for 60 days unless otherwise stated. A binding contract is formed only on signed purchase order or written agreement. All commercial work is governed by our standard Terms and Conditions of Sale, provided with each quote.

Macisco warrants workmanship on fabricated and installed goods for five (5) years from the date of installation. Fabric and hardware performance warranties pass through to the client per the manufacturer. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper laundering, or third-party alteration.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Macisco's total liability arising from any project shall not exceed the contract value of that project. Macisco is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, USA. Any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Lexington County, South Carolina.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective” date above reflects the most recent revision.
