Eleven years of measuring twice.
Macisco Contract Interiors is a specification-grade workroom in Chapin, South Carolina. We fabricate custom drapery, blackout systems, cubicle curtains and soft furnishings for commercial properties — and we install everything we make.
A note from Lori

Before I started Macisco, I spent fifteen years on the design and specification side — drawing window-treatment schedules for hotel groups across the Carolinas and watching, time and again, as fabrication arrived late, hemmed unevenly, or shipped in the wrong fabric direction.
In 2014 I rented a 2,400 sq ft space off Amick's Ferry Road, bought two industrial machines and started taking the work on myself. Today, eight craftspeople work alongside me. We have a cutting room, an upholstery shop, a sample studio and a 9-person installation crew. We have one job: deliver every panel to spec, on schedule, the first time.

First hotel program
Tideline Hotels signs Macisco as fabricator for their 6-property Carolina rollout.
2018
Workroom expansion
Move to current 14,000 sq ft facility on Explorer Drive in Chapin.
2020
Healthcare division
NFPA 701 cubicle curtain program launches; Carolina Health adopts as standard.
2022
Senior living group
Dedicated team for assisted-living and memory-care interiors.

Made here, installed by us
Every panel is fabricated in our Chapin workroom and installed by our own crew. No subcontracted seams, no third-party punch lists.
Specification-first
We treat the design schedule as the brief. Fabric direction, hem allowance and stack-back are matched to your drawings, not assumed.
5-year workmanship warranty
Stitching, hardware and finishing are warrantied for five years from install. If a seam fails, we drive back out.
WBE Certified
Women-owned business enterprise, certified by SC DOC since 2017.
NFPA 701 documented
Full fire-test documentation packaged with every contract delivery.
Greenguard sourcing
Primary mill partners certified for low-VOC, indoor-air quality.
Fully insured
$2M general liability, workers' comp on all install crews.
