Commercial Terms
What to expect
Lead times
Standard fabrication runs 4–6 weeks from approved measure. Blackout systems and motorized hardware add 1–2 weeks. Rush schedules available for an expedite fee.
Deposits & invoicing
50% deposit at PO approval, 40% on fabric arrival, balance net-30 after sign-off. Net-60 available for established hospitality and senior-living accounts.
Warranty
Two-year workmanship warranty on all fabricated goods. Hardware and motors carry the manufacturer's warranty, typically 3–10 years.
Returns & changes
Custom fabricated goods are non-returnable once cut. Pre-cut fabric and stock hardware can be returned within 14 days in original condition, subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Site requirements
We carry $2M general liability and workers' comp. COIs issued within one business day. OSHA-10 certified crew leads on every install.
Compliance
All fabrics specified to NFPA 701 (vertical burn) and CAL TB-117 where required. Documentation packets included with every delivery.
