From RFQ to install — in six clear steps.
There's no mystery to a contract drapery program. Here is exactly how a project moves through our studio, with typical lead times for each step.

Specification Review
Send us drawings, finish schedule and any brand-standard documents. We respond within 2 business days with clarifying questions.

Written Quote
Itemized by room type with fabric assumptions, hardware specs, freight allowance and installation labor. Valid for 60 days.
03
Sample Plan
Memo samples within 5 business days. Full-scale guestroom mockup within 3 weeks for large hospitality programs.
04
Purchase Order
On signed PO, we open mill orders, build a production schedule and confirm install dates. Deposit is 40% on signed PO.
05
Fabrication
6–10 weeks for typical hospitality and senior living programs. We share weekly photos of production progress.
06
Installation
Our 9-person crew installs on-site, runs the punch list with you on the final day, and packages all FR documentation for your file.
Typical timeline
10 – 16 weeks
From signed PO to keys-in-hand installation, including a one-week buffer for inspection and punch list resolution.
