Our 14,000 sq ft workroom houses cutting tables, industrial Pegasus and Juki machines, and a full upholstery shop. We fabricate to spec, then install with our own crews — no subcontracted seams, no outsourced punch lists.

Our workroom
Made by people who have done this for two decades.
Lori Macisco founded the studio in 2014 after fifteen years specifying contract drapery for hotel groups across the Carolinas. Today, eight craftspeople work alongside her — cutting, sewing and finishing every panel that leaves the shop. We are large enough to handle 240-room properties on schedule, and small enough that the same person you call answers the phone.
We do not sell catalogs. We measure, draft, sample, fabricate and install — and we stand behind every seam for five years.

Specification-grade textiles, sourced for performance.
We stock relationships with Maharam, Knoll Textiles, Designtex, Sunbrella Contract, Pollack, Architex and twelve smaller mills. Every fabric is verified for NFPA 701 small-scale, wet/dry crock, double rubs and pilling before it enters the cutting room.
