Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of this website and any landscape design, planting or stone-work services provided by Pine & Magnolia Landscape Studio, owned and operated by Lavar Ahmad Williams in Minden, Louisiana.

Use of the website

You may browse the site, read what’s here, and share links. You may not copy substantial portions of the text or images for commercial use without written permission. All photographs of completed gardens are © Pine & Magnolia and may not be reused.

Estimates and quotes

Estimates are valid for thirty days. Pricing on the services page is a starting point — the actual price for your project depends on the site, the scope and the materials. We never start work without a written agreement and a signed estimate.

Scheduling and weather

Landscape work depends on the weather. We do our best to start on the date we’ve agreed, but heavy rain, freezes or supplier delays can push a job by a few days. We’ll always let you know as soon as we know.

Plant guarantee

Plants installed by the studio are guaranteed for thirty days when watered as instructed. Trees over a certain size and warranty exceptions are detailed in your project agreement.

Payment

For most projects, we ask for a deposit at signing, a progress payment when materials arrive on site, and a final payment within seven days of completion. We accept check, ACH and major credit cards.

Liability

Pine & Magnolia is fully insured. To the maximum extent allowed by Louisiana law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the project at issue. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page will always show the latest revision.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana.
