Pine & Magnolia is intentionally small, which means we focus on what we do best instead of trying to be everyone’s contractor. Prices are starting points — most projects fall comfortably in the middle of their range.
A full site-specific plan: hand-drawn layout, plant palette, materials list, and a written care guide for the first three seasons. Most yards take 3–5 weeks from first walk-through to final drawings.
Perennial borders chosen for our north Louisiana climate — hydrangea, muhly grass, salvia, coneflower, Louisiana iris. We pull from a handful of trusted nurseries in Shreveport, Bossier and Texarkana.
Hand-set flagstone patios, dry-stack walls, fire-pit pads and gravel paths. Built without poured slabs where the design allows, so the work breathes with the seasons and looks better as it ages.
For clients whose gardens we’ve planted, we offer a light seasonal care visit four times a year: pruning, dividing, mulching and a written note on what to watch for next quarter.
Most projects start with a one-hour walk-through. We’ll talk about the yard, the house, and what you actually want to do outside — and I’ll tell you, honestly, whether the studio is the right fit.
